Sitting on a chair
Most people who work long time sitting on a chair feel stiff or pain in the shoulders and(or) waist.

Seeing the general posture, People let the back of a chair be pushed out(Angle of 100 ~ 130 degree), and let their waist bone be forward curved. These make the shape of the spine be the character of "C". With this posture, People feel comfortable at first, but time goes on, they feel Stiff and pain. For having correct posture, please buy a subsidiary back of chair at auto tackle store. Let's see the way to make a correct posture.

(1) Let the back of a chair be straight(90 degree). (Incorrect posture : Let the back of a chair be 100 ~ 130 degree)

(2) Sit on a chair deeply for the hips to stick to the back of a chair.(Incorrect posture : Sit on a chair for the hips to be far from the back of a chair.)

(3) Regulate the up and down position of a subsidiary back of chair for both the waist and the lower curved region of a subsidiary back of chair to be knitted each other. .(Incorrect posture : Don't use a subsidiary back of chair)

(4) Let the distance between two knees be the one between two shoulders, and let the distance between two soles of the foot be the one between two shoulders too. In this posture, the whole soles of the foot contact to the floor.

(5) Confirm the angle between the knee and the calf of the leg to be an angle of 100 ~110 degree. if not, regulate the level of seat.

(6) Confirm both foots to be put forward with a same distance.

If people make upper mentioned posture completely, they will crack farts and get hot in body. Someone whose spine and leg were not located correctly can feel pain. If this pain is unbearable, let's go slowly. It's better to make this posture step by step.

When you make upper mentioned posture long time, if you feel pain in your back, please put both foots more forward, if you feel pain in your waist, please put both foots more backward. This regulations make the stress not to be concentrated at any point.

To sit on a chair deeply for the hips to stick to the back of a chair makes the waist be backward curved. 100 ~110 degree of angle between the knee and the calf of the leg and for the whole soles of the foot to contact to the floor makes the back not tilt forward.

Also, there is one ting no less important than the upper mentioned posture. Position the objects(TV, monitor, book and so on) at an angle of 10 ~30degree from front side, and select my seat so that the angle of my view to see a speaker is more than 10 degree. If you have a difficulty in maintaining upward view continuously, You may have caved in ribs and forward tilted back bone and neck bone.

Computer posture
Sitting in accordance with upper mentioned posture, position the monitor so that the top level of head is equal to the bottom level of the monitor. But if you raise a monitor suddenly, it can give a excessive stress to the spine. So, divide it into 3 ~ 4 steps and raise the every level after maintaining 1 ~ 2 months

The locations of keyboard and mouse are also important to get a correct posture. Generally people put their keyboard at the 30 ~50cm front of their chest and mouse at the 30 ~50cm diagonal front of their chest. But for the back to be straight or backward curved, the mouse should be moved to the flank as more as possible, and finally it is better for the mouse to be put on the chest extension line. It will be uncomfortable and awkward at first, but if practiced, you will not feel stiff or pain in the shoulders and(or) waist and you will not feel thick in your eyes, even though you work long time on your chair.
