I red a news article about the USA immigrants' cancer. it was saying that the rate of Korean American's stomach cancer is 5 times higher than American. It was said that the reason is because they have been eating foods preserved with nitrites and nitrite. Nitrite has been used to preserve wrapped meat like ham, sausage and etc.
